These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which MAS Lettings & Management Ltd provides property services, lettings, management and accommodation support.
All services are provided subject to written agreement, service terms, statutory requirements and any specific terms agreed with landlords, tenants, guests or clients.
Any fees, management charges, project fees or accommodation charges will be confirmed in writing before services are provided.
MAS Lettings & Management Ltd reserves the right to update these terms when required. Continued use of services may constitute acceptance of updated terms.
